Gwen Erin Natural Fibers
Gwen Brown is the owner (dyer/spinner/knitter/felter/weaver) behind Gwen Erin Natural Fibers. The business began in 2006 with a holiday craft show and just a few handknit fingerless mitts. After discovering the joy of working with individual wool breeds, Gwen started searching out unique fleeces from local farms. Wanting to share this love of wool with others, she decided to focus on providing hand-dyed breed-specific wool in several different forms: combed top, locks, and roving.
Marlene Troyer is a local fiber artist from Sugarcreek, Oh. who designs her own patterns for hooked rugs, dolls, wool applique, quilts and doll clothes. She will be demonstrating rug hooking, wool applique, and answering questions about dyeing wool. Her booth will include her own patterns, hand dyed wools and models of some of her patterns. Come see what fun you can have with wool.
